With over 25 years of leadership experience in the marine and yachting industry, have successfully developed and managed companies across multiple global markets together with two of my partners, Itay Singer and Uri Idan. My journey began with six years of service in the Navy, where I held the rank of Major. Captain of a 27 meter gunship, and served as Chief Instructor at the Navy Academy. Following my naval career, I co-founded and led one of the largest multi-brand yacht dealerships in the Eastern Mediterranean, driving its expansion and strategic growth. As a joint Managing Director, CEO, and consultant, I have played a pivotal role in sales, marketing, business development, and project management. My expertise spans yacht sales and charter brokerage, marina development and management together with corporate leadership. Operating from seven offices across the Mediterranean and Red Sea, we remain committed to fostering innovation, strategic partnerships, and client-centric solutions. As an active member of renowned industry associations such as MYBA and GYA, we continuously seek new opportunities for collaboration and value creation within the global yachting community.
